As far as 1 and 2, the DSM-IV gives definitions. I'll try to find these and post them for for.
3. That usually refers to the hyperactive, impulsive kid, which is what most people associated with ADHD.
4. ADHD plus a learning disability. ADHD is not considered a learning disability in and of itself, but someone with ADHD can have ADHD and an additional learning disability.
5. Yes, dxs can be wrong and they can change over time. Diagnosing psychological/psychiatric conditions is not an exact science.
6. ADHD + anxiety means that the person has both, which are two separate DSM IV diagnoses. I don't know if one can cause the other.
7. A common ADHD problem.
8. Highly dependent on the individual.
9. ADD/ADHD and Austism have symptoms that overlap, but their root causes are different. You cannot get Autism because of ADHD/ADD or vice versa.
10. Sometimes, ADD/ADHD people used anti-depressants instead of stimulants.

Question 1. Yes, my niece has Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder - 11yrs. old
My grand niece has Attention deficit disorder (ADD) - 20 yrs. old
My grand nephew is Austistic (and very,very smart) - 9 yrs - old (I think, oops)
Question 2. Bogus does not present the whole picture and much of what he presented is disproven in some other study/way.
